1. Does Lipatu handle or hold any customer funds?

No. Lipatu does not handle any customer payments or act as an escrow. All purchases are pay on delivery between the buyer and the seller directly.

2. How do referral commissions work?

Referral commissions are paid only once after your referral successfully purchases any plan. You earn a percentage based on the referred plan tier.

3. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is KES 100. All withdrawals are processed and approved within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Where do my earnings go?

All commissions and profits earned go into your Wallet. You can withdraw from there once you meet the requirements.

5. What is required to withdraw?

You must complete KYC verification by uploading a clear image of your valid ID and a matching selfie before your withdrawal is approved.

6. Are referral commissions recurring?

No. Currently, all plan commissions are one-time. We are working on introducing a referral tree system for recurring income in future updates.

7. Can I appeal if my account is banned?

No. Once your account is permanently banned, there is no appeal or reactivation process.

8. What happens to my money if my account is banned?

Any funds earned before the ban will remain locked and cannot be withdrawn without a court order. This is because they were generated illegally or under suspicious activity.

9. Can I share or sell my account?

No. One account per person. Do not share your IP address, login credentials, or account with anyone. Selling or buying accounts is strictly forbidden and leads to permanent bans.

10. How many products can I list?

You can add as many products as allowed by your active plan. Each plan has a maximum limit of products you can upload.

11. Do I pay anything to list products?

No. Listing products is free as long as you have an active plan. Lipatu does not charge any listing or transaction fees.
